World trained chef Greg Perez brought St. Louis its first Southwestern cuisine, first tapas bar, first extensive wine by the glass program, and now St. Louis' first hemp-infused menu at his latest venture, "The Grateful Inn". Obviously not one to rest on his laurels, Chef Greg Perez has branched out to products for the masses. The first of these items to hit the market is his ever popular and exclusive "Hemp-Oil Vinaigrette".
The almost addictive, long lingering finish of the vinaigrette keeps you coming back for more. Look for it in fine food and wine shops. It comes across clean with an herbacious flavor and a long finish. Chef Perez recommends his vinaigrette be used as a marinade, dipping sauce, brushed on grilled meats and veggies, splashed on sandwiches and popcorn, and of course, tossed salads. Soon to follow is a line of Salad Toppers such as Mixed Herbs & Seeds- a special blend of 7 herbs and 7 seeds (including hemp). Look for these products under the "Greg's Hemp Oil Vinaigrette" label.
